You will also assist in developing strategies and establishing goals for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
* Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
* Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
* Work with the agency's team to ensure successful customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must speak Portuguese.
* Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
* A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred.
* Ability to effectively relate to customers.
* Property & Casualty license is required.
