OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The primary function of the Psychology Patient Care Coordinator is to welcome patients and ensure that all necessary information is collected to facilitate smooth interactions and optimal billing results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Oversee revenue cycle management and collections.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background:

High School diploma or GED is required.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a medical office environment is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

No specific licenses or certifications are required for this position.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and reassuring demeanor with patients and their families.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
