This role serves a prominent Fortune 500 company in the Media Industry, connecting employees to community and company resources addressing social determinants of health and employee needs.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Connect employees to work-life, financial & legal, and basic needs support services.
  • Liaise with employees one-on-one, providing consultation and referrals to local and national resources for basic needs, financial assistance, daily living support, and other work-life resources.
  • Collaborate with internal care teams on behalf of employees needing emergency funding and resource referrals.
  • Offer guidance on navigating mental health resources (local and national) and available workplace benefits, such as onsite Mental Health Coaches, work-life articles, and guidebooks.
  • Assist in linking employees to appropriate mental health treatment options and provide support throughout applications and follow-ups.

Skillset:

  • Masters in Social Work from an accredited university.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and backgrounds within the social work industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in connecting individuals to resources locally and outside their communities.
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders' needs.
  • Flexibility and creativity in approaching workplace challenges.
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $42,000 - $60,000/year (based on 20 hours/week at $30-$45/hour).
