**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to oversee construction projects for critical facilities. This role involves managing project teams responsible for cost control, forecasting, change management, scheduling, reporting, and earned value management for various data center projects. The ideal candidate will lead project teams and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to manage day-to-day activities impacting project delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and organized documentation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback and provide reports.
  • Analyze project control performance and streamline processes.
  • Implement lessons learned from previous projects to improve future successes.
  • Train staff on project control procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Update upper management on project control activities.
  • Analyze financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in project controls for data center construction projects.
  • Relevant degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience with AIA billings and forms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other software platforms.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Leadership abilities.
