Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Project Superintendent to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety, budget, schedule, quality, and staff of our industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the process control and operation of wastewater treatment and disposal facilities, pump stations, and systems in an assigned district.
  • Plan, lay out, and assign work relating to the operation and maintenance of all equipment in the wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations.
  • Evaluate the operation and maintenance functions of the wastewater treatment plants and effectuate changes that increase efficiency and economy.
  • Analyze and evaluate the operation and maintenance functions and recommend and implement new or improved practices and standards.
  • Participate in planning and make recommendations on plans, designs, and specifications for new facilities and alterations to existing facilities.
  • Determine dependability, adequacy, and feasibility of structures and equipment.
  • Recommend and implement revisions or new policies and procedures for the operation and maintenance of the facilities.
  • Participate in meetings with engineers to discuss the design, operation, maintenance, and/or new construction of wastewater equipment, facilities, and systems.
  • Recommend equipment purchases and replacements; Participate in the development and implementation of the department's safety program and activities; Enforce safety policies and regulations.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Construction Project Superintendent with a strong background in civil, concrete, and mechanical construction, as well as basic knowledge of electrical and instrumentation. The ideal candidate will have self-perform wastewater experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
