Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and servicing residential mortgage loans, working closely with real estate agents, builders, and developers to identify potential customers and facilitate loan applications. This individual will also be expected to analyze applicant financial information, interview borrowers, and recommend loan products based on their needs and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand referral sources to solicit first mortgages.
  • Analyze applicant financial information to determine eligibility for loan products.
  • Interview borrowers and assess their financial situation to recommend suitable loan options.
  • Work closely with real estate agents, builders, and developers to facilitate loan applications and build relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess at least one year of experience in residential mortgage lending, preferably in a similar position within our organization. They should also have proven ability to develop referral sources from contacts and relationships outside the company, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a specialty degree may be preferred but is not necessary.
