About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Lead to join our team at McDonald's. As a Guest Experience Lead, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and communicate with them while ordering
  • Offer assistance to customers using the ordering kiosks
  • Provide support to customers in need of extra help
  • Check with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their food and offer additional assistance if needed
  • Ensure kids receive a kid treat
  • Handle any customer concerns
  • Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
Requirements

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a positive attitude. As a Guest Experience Lead, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively. You must be 16 years of age or older to apply for this role.
