Prime Meats is a family-owned private meat packaging and distribution company based in Duluth, GA. With over 30 years of experience, we have been serving restaurants, butcher shops, and grocery stores in the Southeast since 1992.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. You will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries on time, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success with Spanish-speaking clients.
- Gain new customers, improve customer retention, product mix, and volume, and maintain profitable sales margin.
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship.
- Ensure that the Corporate Mission and Values are followed at all times.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Food Industry, Hospitality, or Customer Service background required.
- Bi-lingual (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Competitive pay (up to $100k with added commission).
- Monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance ($1,000).
- Eligibility for a guaranteed $1,000 bonus for the first 3 months and a $500 bonus for the following 4-6 months or commission of gross margin.
- 2-4% Sales Commission achieving on gross margin + $100 for each new customer ($200 gross margin must be achieved).
