Waters Edge Family is in search of an innovative and skilled Audio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) Production Specialist to enhance our production team. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering exceptional production services for our weekly services and various community events. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in live audio, lighting design, video production, and graphic design, along with the capability to develop promotional content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive AVL support for weekly services, encompassing live audio, lighting, video production, and graphic displays.
  • Oversee and coordinate AVL requirements for community events of different scales, including evenings and weekends.
  • Recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Create high-quality promotional videos for community initiatives, including all aspects of filming, lighting, audio, editing, and motion graphics.
  • Contribute creatively to live production environments, offering innovative solutions to enhance the overall experience.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot AVL equipment to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
  • Work closely with staff and ministry leaders to fulfill the technical and creative demands of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in live sound engineering, lighting design, video production, and graphic design.
  • Strong proficiency in filming techniques, lighting, audio editing, and motion graphics.
  • Experience in leading and developing volunteer teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
