Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations at Houlihan's Restaurant and Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth, while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit targets, while maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and make recommendations for salary increases and promotions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events, promotions, and menu launches.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in the food services industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or degree preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of mobility and flexibility.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Working Conditions

This role requires extensive standing and walking, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
