Key Responsibilities:

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Drive company straight trucks to transport and deliver household items and furnishings from origin to destination.
  • Oversee on-site moving teams to guarantee efficient and effective service delivery to clients and homeowners.
  • Actively assist in moving materials, equipment, furniture, and household goods.
  • Serve as a liaison with customer service representatives, dispatch, and warehouse personnel to fulfill the company's commitments to clients.
  • Comply with all Safety, OSHA, and DOT regulations in line with the company's Safety Program and initiatives.
  • Maintain driver logs according to FMCSA standards.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all transactions; secure signatures, collect payments, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Submit paperwork to dispatchers to confirm crew hours and report any incidents.

Qualifications:

What We Seek:

  • Valid Class B CDL License.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience driving with a commercial license.
  • No more than four (4) moving violations in the past 12 months.
  • Must successfully pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lift over 75 lbs.
  • Dependable, punctual, and available for flexible work hours.
  • Previous experience in moving and storage or furniture delivery is advantageous.
  • Experience as a crew leader or supervisor is a plus.
