Job Summary

This Compliance Oversight Analyst role is part of the Compliance team for the IT Global Technology Operations Division within Vanguard. The Compliance team supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance processes, overseeing key control activities. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the business, providing guidance and oversight of regulated activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify, investigate, and recommend improvements to enhance risk identification and management.
* Lead and conduct assessments of compliance oversight and operating policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance controls.
* Participate in developing and writing new compliance policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal partners to align processes with existing frameworks and leverage audit and risk expertise.
* Build relationships with internal stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise to enable effective risk and control management.
* Communicate progress and concerns to senior leaders and develop, own, and manage recurring analytics and reporting processes.

Requirements

* Minimum five years of related work experience with three years in IT security or application development.
* Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
* Preferred security certification, such as ISC2 CISSP, GIAC Security, or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and demonstrated related IT experience.
