About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary in the range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, life insurance, and retirement benefits. Additionally, you will have access to centralized billing, coding, and collections, as well as in-house attorneys, human resources, IT, marketing, business development, and PR teams.

This role involves providing clinical care, documentation, procedures, consultation with other specialists, communication with families and staff, teaching, and supervision of residents, fellows, and neonatal nurse practitioners. You will also be responsible for attending high-risk deliveries and management decisions on delivery room care, as well as completing inpatient consultations requested by other services.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
