- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Specialist/Analysts (BS/As), ensuring high-quality care and promoting professional growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, leveraging your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to drive positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, data collection, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in ABA and contributing to the advancement of our organization's mission and vision.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Licensure as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst (BS/A).
- Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
