  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques
  • Provide support and guidance to clients in managing work-life balance and maintaining mental health
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Collaborate with other therapists and professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Valid independent license to practice therapy in the state of New Jersey
  • Specific training working with couples (EFT, Gottman, etc.), or the willingness to learn
  • 15 hours per week minimum
