Generate service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm appointments.

Conduct phone surveys to assess customer satisfaction and quality of experience.

Utilize lead management tools to manage inquiry flow and update customer files.

Compile reports, forms, and other documentation as required.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong MS Office Suite computer skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work in a call center environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
