As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our 2-year-old students.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing curriculum, collaborating with colleagues, and providing exceptional care and education to our children.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for 2-year-old students
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child's day
- Respect and observe children's interests, intervening when necessary to maintain safety
- Encourage and model social behavior and expectations that are developmentally appropriate
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field preferred
- Previous experience as an early childcare lead teacher required
- High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
