Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Education Specialist to join our team at Charter Schools USA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

The Primary Education Specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lesson plans, establishing effective relationships with students, staff, and parents, and promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You will also have the opportunity to participate in curriculum development, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to the growth and development of our school community.

Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Lesson Planning: Develop and implement high-quality lesson plans that align with state and national standards, incorporating various teaching methods and strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Classroom Environment: Establish a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
  • Parent and Community Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and involving them in the educational process whenever possible.
  • Collaboration and Professional Development: Participate in professional development opportunities, collaborating with colleagues to improve instructional practices, share best practices, and enhance student outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary education setting, preferably with demonstrated expertise in lesson planning, classroom management, and parent engagement.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid teaching certification (as applicable) and strong command of subject matter knowledge.

What We Offer:
