- Customer Specification Fulfillment: Ensure the complete fulfillment of all customer specifications by selecting and specifying suitable production processes.
- Process Standardization: Standardize production technologies and steps within the framework of best practice and process standardization.
- Education and Experience: Successfully completed technical studies or training as a technician or printing and media specialist, with several years of professional experience in order preparation or calculation in the graphic industry or paper processing industry.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of printing and finishing processes, packaging, and paper specifications, as well as proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Language Skills: Good English skills (min. B1) and very good German skills in spoken and written form.
- Soft Skills: Service orientation, high resilience, structured work, and the ability to organize projects.
