Job Summary:

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bronzed Beauty Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising clients on our premium skincare products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on our skincare products and their benefits, ensuring they achieve their beauty goals.
  • Help customers with their tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendations, providing a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
  • Handle cash and perform daily administrative tasks, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Monitor progress towards personal and team goals, staying motivated and focused on achieving excellence.
  • Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner, building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education.
  • At least 18 years of age, meeting the minimum age requirement for employment.
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, ensuring physical stamina and mobility.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance, demonstrating physical strength and capability.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience, providing a fair and attractive compensation package.
  • Uncapped commission opportunities up to 15% of total sales, based on performance, allowing for unlimited earning potential.
