Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met throughout the product life cycle.
- Conduct thorough research on existing and evolving regulations, standards, and guidelines related to cosmetic beauty products in the US and international markets.
- Evaluate the quality & compliance of our cosmetic beauty products by auditing a nominated product's safety, regulatory, structural, functional, and aesthetic features.
- Regulatory reviews of raw materials and product formulations, including evaluating chemicals for safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance with U.S. and international regulations.
- Professional experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, engineering, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US and international regulations and standards related to cosmetics and hair care products.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing regulatory strategies and obtaining regulatory approvals for products.
