Your Responsibilities:
- Boosting Joint Replacement sales by supporting sales teams and developing personal accounts through engagement with existing and potential customers.
- Maintaining communication with current and prospective Joint Replacement customer accounts regarding product updates, portfolio changes, and educational initiatives.
- Enhancing selling skills through coaching and mentorship from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Preferred: 1+ years of sales experience
- Proficient in current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Experience in building and nurturing relationships, particularly with surgeons and hospitals, is advantageous
- Comfortable in emergency and operating room settings
