Your Responsibilities:

  • Boosting Joint Replacement sales by supporting sales teams and developing personal accounts through engagement with existing and potential customers.
  • Maintaining communication with current and prospective Joint Replacement customer accounts regarding product updates, portfolio changes, and educational initiatives.
  • Enhancing selling skills through coaching and mentorship from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Preferred: 1+ years of sales experience
  • Proficient in current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Experience in building and nurturing relationships, particularly with surgeons and hospitals, is advantageous
  • Comfortable in emergency and operating room settings
