Nurse Educator in Neonatal Care

We are seeking a part-time Patient Educator RN to join our Boise NICU team at St. Luke's Health System.
About the RoleThe NICU is one of the larger units in the hospital, serving infants requiring medical or surgical care immediately after birth. As a Patient Educator RN, you will teach and provide support to patients based on their specific needs and learning ability.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach patients about their medical conditions and treatment options
- Coordinate patient education with other disciplines as needed
- Review and update patient teaching materials
- Assist patients with developing skills to manage their disease
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- At least 1 year of experience as an RN
- Current RN license in the State of Practice
