Nurse Specialist for Neonatal Care

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Float NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care specialist at St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is around $85,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. In addition to the base rate, our Clinical Support Unit offers a 10% differential after orientation.
Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse with 1+ years of experience, you will be responsible for identifying patient needs and determining priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments.
You will work in a dynamic department that provides a high-quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires nurses who are energetic, flexible, and willing to support the mission of the organization.
Responsibilities- Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
- Manages care of patients.
- Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.
- Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
- Bachelor's of Nursing Degree.
- 1+ years of experience.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
