Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support for data center systems, software deployment, and validation.
  • Manage assets and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking to ensure high-quality results.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Meet physical demands, including lifting 50lbs and navigating under raised floors.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in the high-tech industry.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tool suites, Confluence, and MS Sharepoint.
