Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with hiring, training, and supervising staff

  • Scan membership IDs and update member accounts
  • Answer phones and respond to member inquiries
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Reliable, professional, and computer literate
  • Interest in health, fitness, and/or sports
