Job Title:
Assembler


Aerotek is hiring for electrical and mechanical assemblers on 1st shift, 2nd shift, and weekend shift. Assemblers will work in teams to manufacture drives and transformers in a fast-paced environment that will continue to expand.



Job Description:
Read and interpret wiring schematics and manufacturing blueprints to assemble electrical and mechanical components. Utilize hand and power tools to build structures and frames, insert electronic drives, and perform point-to-point wiring and wire harnessing. Final assemblies require attention to detail and quality control.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
1 year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience, 1 year of hand and power tool experience, and 1 year of following blueprints or schematics.

Shift Schedule:
1st shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, and Weekend Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday through Sunday.

This is a great entry-level position that will open the door to a variety of higher-level roles on the manufacturing floor. Assemblers are cross-trained in different departments in a training program that will allow you to feel comfortable on the job.
