Join Our Team as a Pediatric Ophthalmologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated pediatric ophthalmologist to join our team at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. As a member of our department, you will have the opportunity to engage in a busy clinical practice, develop independent and collaborative research, and create innovative education models in a diverse academic clinical department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent patient care to children with eye conditions
  • Teach residents at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and VA Medical System
  • Participate in clinical research and academic activities
  • Develop and implement innovative education models

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an approved residency program in ophthalmology
  • Postgraduate fellowship training in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus
  • Board certification or eligibility in ophthalmology
  • Eligibility for licensure to practice medicine in Tennessee
