About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Host to join our team at The Line and Saguaro Hotels. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to members and guests, creating a positive atmosphere and setting the tone for their visit.
- Manage reservations, answer questions, and provide information on menu options, specials, and upcoming events.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our guests.
- Support the Front of House team by clearing tables, handling administrative tasks, and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Develop relationships with members and guests, communicating notable conversations to management and promoting a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
