Key Responsibilities:
As an Office Coordinator, you will:
- Assist in managing office operations under the guidance of the Department Head.
- Coordinate appointments, manage communications, and support administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence and reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage departmental calendars.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Monitor office supplies and manage inventory efficiently.
- Support payroll functions and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- The capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
