Role Summary:

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving enterprise growth across Texas by developing and executing sales strategies that align with Elevated HR Solutions' growth objectives. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed sales business plans that align with Elevated HR Solutions' growth strategy.
  • Conduct impactful presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that address client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with enterprise stakeholders, including C-level, IT, and OT leaders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to understand client pain points and provide tailored solutions.
  • Represent Elevated HR Solutions at trade shows and conferences, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of opportunity pursuits.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports in the CRM system.
