In this role, you'll work closely with other district medical directors, departments, and local partners to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will help us stay ahead in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Your Qualifications:

To be successful as a District Medical Director, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing multiple primary care offices
  • At least 2 years of experience practicing in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, or eligibility with plans to obtain board certification
  • State licensure in Florida, obtained before starting with One Medical

You should also possess excellent leadership skills, including the ability to attract and develop talent, build effective teams, and drive business acumen.
