Job Description

Hiring a skilled Inside Sales Representative is crucial to achieving our revenue growth objectives at Hardware Specialty Co., Inc.

This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing solutions, and driving sales growth through effective territory management and strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement personalized sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers through consistent communication, value-added services, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Territory Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories, utilizing in-depth understanding of customer requirements and market trends.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and continuous process improvement.

Essential Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education and Background: Relevant education and/or equivalent experience in inside sales and customer service, with a history of achieving sales success in a comparable role.
  • Skills and Traits: Self-driven individual with excellent phone presence, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

About Our Company:

Compensation: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, based on qualifications and performance.
