About the Role

The Regional Account Sales Professional will be responsible for developing, servicing, and maintaining a base of local clients and agencies who purchase advertising space or other media services to achieve established annual sales goals within assigned sales teams. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze market research and develop compelling proposals to support client activities and products.

* Collaborate with internal departments to execute client requirements, including scheduling advertising, monitoring account activities, and managing collections.

* Develop marketing strategies to generate local ad sales revenue and maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records.

* Complete required documentation and reporting for contracts, advertising schedules, sales calls, and expense reports.

* Identify new business opportunities by continuously prospecting and implementing Company sales strategies and tactics.

* Maintain confidentiality and prepare reports, manuals, agendas, and general correspondence as needed.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

* 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.

* A High School Diploma or GED.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently with moderate guidance and exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
