As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing high-impact restoration projects, ensuring top-quality execution, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Exceed targets for quality ratings and customer satisfaction.
Meet or surpass COGS and Direct Labor goals.
Write estimates, issue invoices, and collect payments.
Ensure adequate production capacity through proper staffing, equipment, and supplies.
Schedule and coordinate technicians, laborers, subcontractors, and jobs for maximum efficiency.
Manage inspections and obtain necessary permits.
Maintain inventory levels of supplies.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and releasing technicians.
Complete punch lists with customers and secure satisfaction certificates.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards on all job sites.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
5 years of experience in the restoration, construction, or related industry.
Experience managing crews and subcontractors.
Experience with client relationship management.
Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in construction management, business, or a related field.
Proven leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors in field operations.
Strong understanding of restoration processes, including water, fire, smoke damage, and mold remediation.
Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Proficiency in writing estimates using software like Xactimate and Encircle.
Texas Mold certification, OHSA certification, IICRC certifications.
Fluent in Spanish.
