Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a psychiatric/behavioral hospital and residential center setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and at-risk youth, with a minimum of six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
- Minimum of six months to one year of related experience and/or training in mental health or at-risk youth
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts and varied shifts

Essential Functions:
The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, talking, and hearing. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
