About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Wyandotte Clinic. As a LPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a comprehensive health history and perform health counseling to support patient well-being
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our physicians and providers
  • Provide nursing care and assist our healthcare team in delivering patient-centered care
  • Follow up on abnormal lab results, imaging results, and post-hospitalization care
  • Participate in proactive pre-visit planning and patient teaching to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing
  • Current licensure to practice in the State of Missouri and/or Kansas
  • Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and visitors
  • Associate degree in nursing or related field
