About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person at our facility
  • Use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Process quotes, take orders, and provide post-order service to customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or technical environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google search engine
  • High school diploma or equivalent
