About the Role:
Achieve clinical excellence by delivering compassionate care to patients undergoing treatment for end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans, utilizing your expertise in nephrology and dialysis nursing to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and services
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailoring interventions to meet unique patient needs
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in nephrology and dialysis nursing

Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing required
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing is preferred but not required
- Certification in nephrology or dialysis nursing is a plus
