Job Description
As a Financial Recovery Specialist at SC State Credit Union, you will play a critical role in helping members manage their accounts and overcome financial challenges. This involves engaging with members to discuss account statuses and payment options, ensuring a customer-centric experience. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, focusing on building rapport and understanding each member's unique situation.
Daily Responsibilities
