Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the creation and execution of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns under direct supervision.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the scope, timeline, budget, and execution of assigned marketing initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle of marketing projects.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing Department to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Crafting, writing, and refining compelling marketing materials such as social media posts, newsletters, brochures, emails, and website content.
  • Designing visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
  • Establishing and maintaining project task lists.
  • Assisting in the planning, organization, and promotion of company events.
  • Addressing inquiries and concerns while providing effective solutions.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred one year of experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
  • Preferred one year of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365).
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Co-Pilot).
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and critical thinking, including evaluating facts and data to draw conclusions and assess potential risks.
  • Capability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exhibiting patience and professionalism in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and company values.
