Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with dealership executives (Owner, General Manager, General Sales Manager, etc.) to define marketing objectives and ensure product/service profitability.
  • Design and implement both short-term and long-term marketing strategies to drive profit growth and expand dealership offerings.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional activities, with a focus on website content, lead generation platforms, social media campaigns, and more.
  • Engage with external vendors regarding ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital service providers: comprehend their terminology, establish clear objectives, and ensure cohesive collaboration for optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain online resources to support team needs.
  • Assist the sales team in creating email templates, drip marketing programs, and providing necessary tools to facilitate lead conversion.
  • Implement ROI-focused reporting systems to track performance, demonstrate the impact of digital marketing on revenue, and align marketing goals with monthly sales targets.
  • Proactively generate appointments and quotes through outbound prospecting and lead management to engage potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a digital context.
  • Experience in a dealership environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
