Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms and public spaces.
  • Stocking and maintaining housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following company policies and procedures.
  • Upholding quality standards and ensuring that all areas of the hotel meet Marriott's high standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and move around the hotel.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
