About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Strategist to join our team in Ft. Smith, AR. This is a critical role that requires a detail-oriented and dynamic individual with a passion for ensuring employees are valued.

The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in human resources administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for all hourly employees and issue warnings as needed.
  • Collaborate with HQ HR team to stay in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Lead new employee recruiting and onboarding process, including pre-screening applications, conducting background checks, and preparing new hire paperwork.
  • Develop and implement training programs to engage hourly employees and improve performance.
  • Facilitate 30, 60, and 90-day reviews for hourly operation employees and provide coaching and mentoring support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word).
