Mental Health Staff Supervisor

Tarzana is seeking a highly skilled clinical supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mental health staff involved in direct patient care.
- Manage contract funding and ensure compliance with DMH requirements.
- Conduct patient assessments, mental status examinations, and provide diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Crisis intervention and quality assurance reviews.
Requirements:
- Licensure by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW or LMFT.
- Knowledge of DMH requirements.
- Experience working with individuals suffering from substance use disorders or dual diagnosis is preferred.
