La persona seleccionada asumirá la responsabilidad de mantener la calidad y presentación de nuestros vehículos, asegurando que cada automóvil esté en óptimas condiciones para nuestros clientes.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Gestionar la venta de vehículos y el trato con los clientes, asegurando que toda la documentación necesaria esté correctamente completada.
- Realizar llamadas de ventas y responder a correos electrónicos y mensajes de clientes.
- Detallar y limpiar los vehículos, tanto por dentro como por fuera, para mantener un estándar de presentación excepcional.
- Supervisar la limpieza general del concesionario, asegurando un ambiente agradable y profesional.
- Transportar vehículos entre diferentes ubicaciones según sea necesario.
- Maniobrar vehículos en espacios reducidos, demostrando habilidades de conducción excepcionales.
- Realizar tareas adicionales como la verificación de fluidos y la toma de fotografías de los vehículos para su publicación en línea.
- Participar en la gestión de inventario y ayudar en la organización del espacio de trabajo.
Requisitos:
Buscamos a alguien con energía y disposición para trabajar a tiempo completo. La experiencia en ventas de automóviles es una ventaja, pero estamos dispuestos a capacitar a la persona adecuada. Se valorará la capacidad para trabajar en equipo y un enfoque proactivo hacia las tareas diarias.
Compensación:
El salario inicial es de $15 por hora durante el período de capacitación. Posteriormente, se ofrecerá un esquema de comisiones atractivo, que incluye $300 por cada vehículo vendido, además de un 20% de comisión sobre las ganancias de las garantías vendidas y $100 por cada vehículo detallado y fotografiado.
