Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with business and IT leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic business goals.
  • Influence changes in business models and processes through insightful technology perspectives and analytical approaches to decision-making.
  • Develop and implement IT solutions for Supply Chain Management (SCM) integrated with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement SCM platforms, including SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Oracle SCP, and Infor SCM.
  • Integrate ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, MercuryGate, Blue Yonder, and Descartes.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to drive project delivery and ensure timely completion.
  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive techno-functional experience in supply chain operations, including demand planning and forecasting, supply planning and inventory optimization, sales and operations planning, procurement and supplier management, network optimization, inbound logistics and transportation, analytics and reporting, traceability, recall, and regulatory compliance management.
  • Proven success in developing IT solutions for SCM integrated with ERP, WMS, and TMS.
  • Experience with SCM platforms, including SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Oracle SCP, and Infor SCM.
  • Proficient in integrating ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, MercuryGate, Blue Yonder, and Descartes.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
