Fiscal Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Analyst to join our team at Inficare. As a key member of our Budget & Finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CFO and assisting with various fiscal analysis tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Compile and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes
• Prepare financial summaries and reports for management review
• Track expenses and monitor budget compliance
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping practices are followed
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Act as a liaison between departments and external contacts
• Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in administrative and data entry tasks
• Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and systems

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
