**Job Summary**

Nebula Ventures is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our plant construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of plant construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in plant construction and water technology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in German and English languages, both written and spoken.
