This team of experienced professionals is committed to delivering efficient and reliable property management solutions. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling employee relations, investigating issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee-related concerns and conflicts
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Mediate conflicts and investigate issues
  • Assist in updating and communicating HR policies
  • Assist managers with performance issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees
  • Offer advice to managers on employment laws and regulations
  • Travel to properties for investigations, meetings, and terminations
  • Assist in other HR areas, such as recruitment, benefits, workers' compensation, safety, and payroll
">Key Requirements">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on HR preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment

Salary and Benefits

$26.00 - $30.00 Hourly
